We are a hairdressing company first. O&M was born on a salon floor in Sydney and everything we make still starts there; clean colour, kind haircare, and a point of view about what professional product should be.

People come first here. We are small enough that what you do is visible and big enough that it travels. Our products are in salons across Australia, the UK, the US and beyond.
