Position Description
Role Purpose
Reporting to The Education, Events & Ambassador Manager. The Associate Manager, Education & Talent plays a vital hands-on role in bringing O&M's Education, Talent and Events plans to life. Reporting to the Education, Talent & Events Manager, this role provides the day-to-day coordination, administration and on-the-ground support that keeps education programmes running smoothly, the CØR.creator ambassador community engaged, and events delivered without a hitch. It's a role for someone highly organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about the haircare industry, who thrives on getting things done and supporting a fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
Education Support
- Support the coordination and scheduling of global education programmes, classes and learning experiences.
- Assist with the preparation of education materials, presentations and curriculum content.
- Manage logistics for education sessions — bookings, venues, equipment, materials and attendee communications.
- Track education participation and engagement, compiling reporting for the Education, Talent & Events Manager.
- Act as a first point of contact for educator queries, escalating where required.
Talent & Ambassador Support
- Support day-to-day management of the CØR.creator ambassador community, helping keep talent informed, connected and engaged.
- Assist with ambassador onboarding — preparing welcome materials, brand and product immersion content, and contract documentation.
- Track ambassador content deliverables against quarterly briefs, following up to ensure content lands on time and on brief.
- Help maintain the CØR.creator playbook and ambassador database, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Support the administration of ambassador contracts, invoicing and payments.
Events Support
- Support the planning and execution of O&M events, including brand, education, industry, distributor and community activations.
- Coordinate event logistics — venues, suppliers, run sheets, travel and on-site materials.
- Support ambassador and talent logistics at events, including briefing, scheduling and on-the-day coordination.
- Assist with post-event wrap-up, including content collation, supplier reconciliation and reporting.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate calendars, trackers and shared documentation across Education, Talent and Events.
- Support budget administration, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and tracking spend against budget.
- Prepare regular reporting packs and presentations for the Education, Talent & Events Manager and wider team.
- Provide general administrative support to the Education, Talent & Events Manager as required.

Experience & Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a coordination, administration, events or marketing support role, ideally within beauty, haircare or a premium consumer brand.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects with multiple moving parts and stakeholders.
- Exposure to working with talent, ambassadors or educators is highly regarded but not essential.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, event management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills & Capabilities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, friendly communicator, comfortable liaising with talent, suppliers and internal teams.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Comfortable with basic budget administration (purchase orders, invoicing, tracking spend).
- Genuine interest in the haircare and beauty industry.
- Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to support events outside standard hours when required.

- Education, talent and event logistics consistently delivered accurately and on time.
- Ambassador content and administrative deliverables tracked and followed up, with nothing falling through the cracks.
- Positive feedback from the Education, Talent & Events Manager and cross-functional stakeholders on responsiveness and reliability.
- Accurate, up-to-date records maintained across trackers, the CØR.creator playbook and budget documentation.
- Strong, dependable on-the-ground support delivered across education sessions, ambassador activity and events.
