Assoc. Mgr. PR, Communications & Partnerships

Global Marketing  ·  Reports to the Global Head of Marketing  ·  Manager level

ROLE PURPOSE

The Assoc. Mgr. PR, Communications & Partnerships owns O&M's global PR, communications, talent and partnership activity — the relationships and stories that carry Original & Mineral beyond our salons and into culture. The role manages the end-to-end relationship and programming with our global PR agencies and partners, while proactively finding the opportunities that build brand awareness, cultural relevance and genuine engagement with the people who love what we make.

This is a connector's role. It sits at the centre of PR, Social, Digital, E-commerce and the broader Marketing team, making sure every partnership and talent relationship translates into compelling, usable content across earned, owned and paid channels — and that the warmth and integrity of the O&M brand is felt in every interaction, from a first gifting note to a global campaign launch.

You will be trusted to manage agencies, talent and senior stakeholders across markets, moving comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will bring an eye for culture, a head for commercial outcomes and the relationship instincts to make people want to work with O&M again and again.
